Over 40 years ago, a new minority owned construction group began taking on small projects within the City of Philadelphia. Today that small group of laborers has expanded into a full-scale management and contracting enterprise which develops mid to large-scale construction projects, and designs and manages healthcare residential settings with full clinical support from care-giving to Tele-Medicine.

As a partner with Israeli-based Mobi Technology, Choates also works with cities across the United States to implement Smart Wireless Sensor Networks, advancing communication, improving traffic patterns, and deterring crime, creating ‘Smart Cities’.
