ROLLER COASTERS
A roller coaster is an amusement ride that features a train (trains) packed with passengers running on an elevated railway circuit with hills, loops and banked turns. Conventional roller coasters use gravity to run the train. However, there are also powered roller coasters in the market which operate the train using electrical power.
It is one of the most-beloved ride attractions in an amusement park.

FERRIS WHEELS
A Ferris wheel ride is a large vertical wheel construction. The wheel rotates passenger cabins (Gondolas) which are suspended evenly along the rim of the wheel. Passengers, seated or standing in the cabin, through glass wall sight and enjoy the scenery while the wheel rotates. A Ferris wheels usually has its presence at amusement parks (or theme parks) as an attraction. You may also find Ferris wheels in other business settings: A wheel perching over a shopping complex or standing alone on riverside recreational business.

FREE FALL RIDES
A Free Fall Ride or free fall tower Ride is a large vertical ride you may find at an amusement park or a theme park.
A carousel fitted with seating carries passengers along the tower length to a high altitude, and then drops itself vertically under gravity. Amusement rides of this kind are designed using free fall in physics, thus named a free fall ride.
FAMILY RIDES
The Choates Amusement Park Division has created a large portfolio of family rides to offer park owners options to flesh out their parks. A family ride is a general term that refers to any amusement ride catering to both kids and their companions (parents, older siblings). It could be a roller coaster, a towe ride or a flat ride. Usually a family ride is rated as a moderate ride.
WATER RIDES
A motorized Water Ride generally has its presence at a land park as opposed to a water park. A passengers-loaded boat is usually pulled up to an elevated pathway, moves along the track for a while and eventually splashes down along an inclined path into a water pool.
CAROUSELS
A Carousel or Merry go Round ride is a time-tested popular amusement ride. It features a rotating patform on which exquisitely crafted FRP horses and chariots are mounted. Those horse are designed to move up and down. With the platform rotating, it creats a feeling of galloping for the riders. The earliest recorded carousel appeared in the Byzantine Empire. Around 1860, the first carousel powered by steam appeared in Europe. Nowadays, you may find various carousels at parks, playgrounds, shopping malls and other venues.

A Kiddie Carnival Ride refers to an amusement ride that specifically caters to little kids.
